Treatment process: A Pleasant and Informative Experience

We want your visits to be enjoyable and informative, starting with your initial appointment. Here's what you can expect during this important visit to address orthodontic needs:

1. Examination and Discussion

Your first appointment will include a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. Whether it's for you or your child, this visit aims to understand the unique orthodontic needs and create a personalized plan.

2. What to Bring

To make the most of your initial visit, please bring:
● Any X-rays if applicable.
● A list of current medications.
● Completed online or printed Patient Information Form.
● Completed online or printed Patient Health History Form.
● If you have medical or dental insurance, bring completed forms to help process claims efficiently.

3. Medical Conditions and Medications

Inform the office of any medical conditions that may be of concern (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves, joints, rheumatic fever, etc.). Also, share details of any medications you are currently taking, such as heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.

After the Free Initial Consultation

If you've recently had a dental check-up and cleanings with your general dentist, and you're ready to proceed with orthodontic treatment, the next steps are streamlined.

4. Treatment Coordination

The treatment coordinator will assist you with paperwork, insurance submissions,
and scheduling appointments based on Dr. Daya’s orthodontic treatment plan. This
ensures a smooth transition into your orthodontic journey.

ALL READY TO SMILE 🙂
